
Congress Venue: UDLA Park Campus
The congress will take place at UDLA Park Campus, the modern academic complex of Universidad de Las Américas. Designed for academic excellence, interdisciplinary exchange, and sustainability, this space offers state-of-the-art infrastructure including auditoriums, laboratories, exhibition halls, cafeterias, a library, and spacious common areas.
Located next to the Parque Metropolitano and easily accessible from Quito’s main roads, UDLA Park provides a comfortable and professional environment for the event. Dedicated areas will be set up for poster presentations, coffee break sessions, and networking spaces, encouraging interaction between attendees and speakers.

- Food & Beverages: Water fountains located throughout the venue. On-campus cafeterias and a variety of dining options nearby.
- Parking: Available for attendees arriving by private vehicle.
- Transportation: Participants staying at the official event hotel (Dann Carlton Hotel) will have access to a scheduled shuttle service to and from the campus.
Quito Weather
Due to its altitude (2,850 meters / 9,350 feet), Quito enjoys a spring-like climate year-round, with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 21°C (50°F to 70°F). Mornings and evenings can be cool, and light rains may occur between October and May. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing rain gear.
Event Regulations
- Photography and video recording are not allowed during oral or poster sessions. The use of cameras, mobile phones, or any recording devices is strictly prohibited in scientific sessions.
- Badges are required to access all congress activities.
- No animals are allowed on event premises.
- All event areas are smoke-free.
