Additionally, you must process the signature of the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/17CVj4jzY940jEJxHpRdm0YpwWTXPPAtv\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>certificate of completion of the exchange period for UDLA students<\/strong><\/a>. This document must be given to International Programs upon your return.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs\"><li><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-subjectvalidation\" href=\"#tab-ce274a184a77dcbb72f\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">Subject validation<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" id=\"tab-ce274a184a77dcbb72f\">\n<p>At the end of every exchange period, it is recommended that the students inquire with the International Office at the host university about the process for the emission, collection, and delivery of the (<em>Transcript of Records<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>To begin the validation process you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present the original of <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/17CVj4jzY940jEJxHpRdm0YpwWTXPPAtv\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>the certificate of completion of the exchange period. <\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=kk1aWB3bu0u1rMUpnjiU40WX_LxByLNAq2eDx7yQfYRUM0g0VktLWE5KSUpWMVY5M1pTOUVFTFQxUS4u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>final evaluation of the exchange period.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have modified the subjects that have been previously agreed, the students must complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1vYq-rgoawAlKq9IuUpeZVY-AIHZpab14\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>new study agreement<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>International Programs will verify the request for subject validation together with your Directorate \/ Coordination and will send the supporting documentation to the corresponding area for its registry in your academic records. Once the validation request is entered, you may verify that the subjects are validated in the Banner self-service portal within approximately two business days.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs\"><li><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-returntoudla:\" href=\"#tab-8c43d907dc817b59714\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">Return to UDLA:<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" id=\"tab-8c43d907dc817b59714\">\n<p>Talk to the Directorate \/ Coordination of your program to verify what subjects you have to take in the following semester. Upon your return, you may select your academic load and keep your socioeconomic benefits (if you have them) without any problems. All the students who have participated in academic mobility programs at UDLA can be a part of this initiative that seeks to coordinate, promote, and execute internationalization activities at home, within UDLA.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, UDLAmbassadors may share their academic and personal experience through comments, photos, or videos with the rest of the students who also want to participate in the academic mobility programs offered at UDLA.
